The Annual Meeting for the Southwestern Unitarian Universalist Conference is the last weekend in April each year.  This year it will take place April 27-29, at Emerson UU Church in Houston, TX.

This meeting is your opportunity to take part in the governance of the district.  Make sure you select your delegates and send them to this important meeting.

A notice of the annual meeting will be sent to all congregations in late February. The notice will contain the agenda and information about all matters to be voted on at the meeting. Any SWUUC congregation which has made at least a partial payment of its dues is entitled to 2 delegates for the first 50 members, or portion thereof, and an additional delegate for each additional 50 members, up to a maximum of 10.
