Fares are per person based on double occupancy and includes gov't fees, taxes, and pre-paid gratuities.
All the above categories can be booked as TBAs (To Be Assigned), which means the ship supervisor assigns the stateroom at a later date in the category booked or in a higher category.

If you will be flying to Houston, here is what you need to know before booking your flights:
Arrivals into Houston Hobby Airport (HOU) must arrive by 1:30pm.
Departures from either Houston Intercontinental Airport (IAH) or Houston Hobby Airport (HOU) should not be earlier than 1:30pm.
Transfer between Houston Hobby Airport (HOU) to Port of Galveston: One Way $30.00; Round Trip $60.00
No penalty for cancellations prior to 8/07/2011
$150 per person penalty for cancellations between 8/08/2011-8/22/2011
50% penalty for cancellations between 8/23/2011-9/07/2011
75% penalty for cancellations between 9/08/2011-9/22/2011
No refund for cancellations on or after 9/23/2011
