Registration and Housing Options

Please read the information below regarding the registration fees and housing information before you register online.

Youth and Advisors of Youth who register online, please download the standard youth and adult registration forms and mail or email them in.

All Tracks               $200.00   ($225.00 late registration, after October 10, 2011)

Children's Program  $100.00   ($125.00 late registration, after October 10, 2011) 

The registration fee includes all meals, but not housing. Those wishing to stay at the Glen Rose La Quinta or other accommodations in town instead of utilizing the Glen Lake facilities will only need to pay the registration fee.

There are scholarships available to attend the SWUUC Fall Conference. Please visit this page to download the scholarship form. These forms must be received by October 10, 2011.

Stillwater Lodge (This facility is offsite several miles down the road)
 

$125 per person for triple occupancy (3 beds), shared bath

 

$135 per person for double occupancy, shared bath

 

$145 per person for a private bedroom (queen bed), shared bath

 

$160 per person for a private bedroom (queen bed), private bath*

 Linens provided.

Group Cabins (For Youth and Advisors of Youth ONLY, separated by gender)
$50 per person

We are partnering with the local La Quinta so that families can stay together in one room. We have reserved a block of rooms for $65 per night for two beds, $80 per night for a king suite – both sleep four. To make a reservation call 1-254-898-0679 and mention SWUUC.
