In order to receive Express Check-In, you must pay by July 13, 2011.

The registration deadline for all online and paper registration forms is July 13, 2012. After this date, you MUST register on-site at SWUUSI. An on-site registration fee of $25 will be assessed.

A note to SWUUSI staff members: You will need to contact the SWUUSI Registrar for the amount of any waivers. When you register online, after you have submitted your form you will be directed to the Paypal site, where you can pay via credit card. If you know the amount of your waiver(s), you may adjust the total given to you when you registered. Otherwise, you may close the window, and contact the SWUUSI Registrar for the correct amount owed. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact Glenn Johnson at the information given below.

T-Shirts and SWUUSI Water Bottle
You can purchase a SWUUSI 2011 white T-shirt with this year's logo on it for $15 when you register. Sizes - Adults: S - XXXL, Children: S - L.
You can also purchase the SWUUSI Water Bottle, available for $15! The water bottles are 20 oz. aluminum bottles in a variety of colors, and will have the general SWUUSI logo on it.

You may purchase one or both, when you register! Please note that Children, Youth and staff members are allowed ONE FREE T-shirt or Water Bottle, which will be applied when you register online. Extras may be available on-site, however, sizes and quantities will be limited so order now when you register!
