Office Staff:
General Responsibility: One person is needed covering office during SWUUSI, helping with registration, covering a shift (or two) in the bookstore/bazaar, and additional administrative duties as assigned by the Communications and Marketing Director.
Compensation: Tier 4 - Registration waived

Teaching Assistants:
General Responsibility: Help is needed in the Children's Programming area. Three teaching assistants are needed (one each) for grades 3-6, K-2, and nursery.

Talent Show Coordinator:
(Occurs Wednesday evening in two parts, from 6 - 7:30 PM and 9 - 10:30 PM. Multigenerational)
General Responsibility: Recruit participants, coordinate practice times, show schedule, equipment needs, participants, and MC the show. Keep Social Director informed as to progress.
Duties: Circulate the sign-up sheet for show and practice times; "talk-up" the show. Facilitate each rehearsal, coordinate with A/V staff regarding any special needs of participants, circulate performance schedule to participants. MC the shows on Wednesday evening or find someone to do that.

Bonfire Manager:
(The fire will be mainly for adults as it will begin at 10:30 or so in the evening and go until about midnight, Mon - Thurs) It will be a chance for folks to sit around and chat and sing.
General Responsibility: Oversee fire each evening.
Duties: See that the fire is started and put out each evening at the appropriate location. The manager would ideally want to participate in the gathering and do any necessary facilitating.

Welcome Dinner Carnival Volunteer Help Needed:
Do you have a portable carnival game you'd like to set up and run at the Welcome Dinner, or an idea for one? It would be great if attendees from each individual church would get together something to contribute to the carnival fun!
