Must possess the following skills: lawn maintenance, basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical skills, housekeeping and cleaning techniques, assistant chef. Catering experience helpful. CCUUS is located in New Braunfels, TX in the central Texas hill country, just east of I-35, within an hour's drive of Austin and San Antonio, and only 15 miles from San Marcos and Seguin. New Braunfels is a small town with German roots. It is home to Schlitterbahn, a recreational water park, and each year celebrates Wurstfest and Wassailfest. In the summertime many escape the heat by "tubing on the river" on spring fed Comal River or the Guadalupe River. There is also Landa Park, which includes the Schumann Arboretum. It is a popular vacation destination from Memorial Day to Labor Day. New Braunfels has small time charn and is beautiful year round.
